John now has access to the many resources that have helped Perry & Co. achieve such success.  For example, John now has a fully licensed assistant, a marketing department, and can tap into the decades of experience present within the office.  All of which is meant to result in a better listing experience for sellers.  And if you live in Stapleton your property will still be added to the monthly SCORE tour.

Likewise, John continues to provides a variety of tools for buyers. Online tools include a free MLS search feature, a mortgage calculator, and the ability to look-up school information. Eventually, John will work with the buyer to help identify properties that meet their needs, set up showings, and submit and negotiate an offer. If the buyer is relocating from out of town, John will even preview properties on the buyer’s behalf.

Even though John is now a part of a larger company, he will continue to donate 5% of all commissions earned to local charities and build his relationships within the community.  John’s clients can direct the donations to one of the educational, environmental or veterans’ charities he supports, or they can chose one of their own.
